Shipping & returns

The product return or exchange is acceptable within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

The original invoice must be submitted.

Products to be exchanged must be in the original packaging with all related content and accessories. Also, hygienic, personal care products and software products may not be returned or replaced unless in a sealed pack and unused.

Products must be unused and undamaged.

In the case of a product purchased with a gift coupon, bundle offer, gift …etc, then you must also return the gift coupon, bundle offer, gift unused and in the original package.

In case the Product has a defect, or if the existing defect cannot be made rectified without affecting the quality of the product performances. If the quality of the Products will not be compromised, we may have the right to reject the replacement or return of the product.

Note that refund will be made in the same manner as you made the purchase, get a gift coupon, replace with another product(s)
